Today's book review is, "Data Visualization A Practical Introduction" by Kieran Healy. I give this book a 4/5 stars.

This book is not a cookbook where you can see fancy charts and copy and paste code. This book covers the basic theory behind charts and plots as well as common mistakes that will miss lead you and your viewers. The book is well written and uses ggplot2. You will learn how to set up plots in R which is powerful for customizing your own charts and plots.
