How to Reduce Calorie Intake Without Starving Yourself.
1. Consume More Protein.
The best way to reduce the number of calories you consume, cut your cravings for food and reduce your level of appetite is to consume more protein. Metabolically, Proteinous food requires a high level of energy to digest.
Daily, your body system needs about 80 - 100 calories to digest a few grams of protein daily. With this, you will be able to reduce your appetite, avoid starvation and still lose a considerable amount of weight.
2. Avoid Sugary Soft Drinks and Fruit Juices.
Sugar intake contributes about 60 - 70% to increase in body weight. If you want to lose weight without starving yourself, you need to stay away from drinks with added sugar. Instead of drinking sugary drinks, you can drink more water.
3. Avoid refined Carbs and Sugar
These are the basics of excess weight gains. If you want to lose weight, you need to reduce the level of your refined carbs. Eating more of this will only increase your appetite to have more. This will increase the level of your calorie intake.
