How to FOIA the Judge|Court in Indiana.

How to FOIA the Judge|Court in Indiana. Pursuant to the Access to Public Records Act/IND. CODE 5-14-3 and the Indiana Rules on Access to Court Records I wish to "copy and inspect" the "Court Order" sent from Porter Superior Court #1 Judge Bradford to Laporte Superior Court #1 on or about November 14th, 2019 regarding cause #'s 46D03-1807-CM-001721; 46D03-1807-CM-001737; and 46D03-1807-CM-001755 and Judge Bradford's declining acceptance based on some sort of medical reasons.

Porter Superior Court #1 claims to have issued a copy to LaPorte Superior Court #1 Judge Michael Bergerson; the LaPorte County Clerk of Courts; and stand by counsel David Payne and Starke County Prosecutor Leslie Baker, however, it's not on the docket and the Starke County Prosecutor designee I spoke with was "looking for it" as of about an hour ago.

I have NOT received a copy because I was NOT sent one.

"Remote Access" to orders in MI cases was made mandatory in August of 2018.....so the fact that its not online already is a violation of the APRA and a "denial of access" to the public in general. However, thats the Clerk's responsibility to keep track of....and answer for.

In the interest of pretending that my loval government and justice system aren't colluding to deprive me of my due process....I'd like this yesterday.

But before the end of today will do.

This email, obviously.

Thank you for your assistance and understanding in this matter.
