An Envoy Embraer ERJ-145, flight ENY3492 from Moline, IL (USA) to Chicago O'Hare, IL (USA) with 49 passengers and 3 crew, after departure declared MAYDAY and reported about bird strike with intentions to return back. Soon the aircraft returned back and landed safely.
