Shabana Azmi is hospitalized. Veteran actress of Bollywood, Shabana Azmi met with a fatal accident on 18th January, 2020 afternoon. This actress is now in a very critical condition and the doctors have kept her in the ICU. This veteran actress was heading towards Mumbai when her car lost control and hit a truck. Shabana Azmi was travelling along with her husband Javed Akhtar but the lyricist was in another car. Her driver was driving the car and she was sitting beside her driver. When people brought out the actress from the crushed car, she already lost a severe amount of blood. The actress was then rushed to the MGM hospital in Navi Mumbai. As she was sitting next to the driver, the actress sustained many injuries including on her neck, face, chin and near the eye. Later she was shifted to Kokilaben multi-speciality hospital where the doctors said that the actress is in serious condition. The doctors of Kokilaben hospital kept the actress in the ICU. Later the doctors revealed that the actress has sustained a severe head injury. The doctors of the hospital has also revealed that this severe head injury may lead to loss of memory. It is reported that the actress has also sustained a severe backbone injury. The doctors are now waiting for the reports because if she has got a serious backbone injury then it may affect her walking too. It is reported that the doctors revealed that the actress's health is currently not deteriorating anymore. But there are still chances of her memory loss because of the head injury. Currently the actress is kept under the medical observation of doctors and she has been given sedatives. Only Javed Akhtar and Tanvi Azmi is allowed to enter the ICU. Zoya akhtar, Farhan Akhtar along with his girlfriend Shibani Dandekar visited the hospital. Other celebrities like Honey Irani, Vicky Kaushal, Tabu, Boney Kapoor visited her at the hospital. #shabanaazmi
