The seal around the falcon wing doors of our Tesla Model X is defective and Tesla is refusing to fix the problem under warranty. Tesla is saying it is normal wear and tear. As one can see, the rubber has turned sticky and adheres to the body of the vehicle, tearing the rubber when the door opens. This vehicle is less than 4 years old and is still covered under warranty. Hopefully Tesla will reconsider fixing this defect under warranty.
