The Division 2 Gameplan - Would We Get One?

So far, we have not had a gameplan from Tom Clancy's The Division 2 public relations. Most of the information is conjecture at best. I believe it will be a smart play to come up with a solid gameplan to show the content schedule and where the community is headed in the coming year.
