[Weather] Relatively mild Daehan day with toxic air

올해 대한 큰 추위 없어, 초미세먼지 주의

Good afternoon. It's Daehan today the coldest day of the year according to the traditional calendar but temperatures will be hovering way above the norms for this time of year but do expect a brief cold snap tomorrow morning.
It's that dusty air we can't cope with... Most regions will be choking under bad air all day with an ultrafine dust advisory in place in many western parts of the country so we should avoid outdoor activities.
Despite sunnier skies and mild highs... top numbers will range between 4 and 10 degrees Celsius. Central inland regions including parts of Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do provinces could see a mix of rain and snow flurries.
This week we have Seollal or Lunar New Year in Korea which is one of the most celebrated national holidays here. It's forecast to be a rather cloudy Seollal holiday this year with rain in store across the country.
