First, I mention the A Lange & Sohne 1815 moonphase "Honeygold". Yes, this is a rare and expensive watch in precious metal (gold). But this luxury watch is sure to hold value, or even increase in value. So is it really spending if you can liquidate?
Next, we roll in an affordable watch - relatively speaking. We have the Sinn 104. These stick pretty close to retail price, so a watch like this is sure to hold value, especially in the near-term.
What watch list is complete without mentioning Grand Seiko watches? With the seasons collection from Grand Seiko, the prices are holding so close to the retail in the secondary market. Now, I am not saying that these will gain value, but they should not lose!
Of course, the AP Royal Oak 41 15500ST. This automatic Genta sports watch from a holy trinity brand is keeping great value currently. Long term (10-15 years) they may dip a tiny bit, but only if people flock to the latest and greatest from Audemars Piguet. This is a good watch to hop in if you enjoy keeping value in watches.
Lastly, the Omega Speedmaster Tin Tin. Love this one ! Limited production, cool story, and it is an Omega Speedmaster Professional! Iconic in so many ways, mixed with the iconic Tin Tin!
Thanks for all the support!
