【 Browndust】Rune tier summon percentage reveal **SPECIAL GIVEAWAY**

Hi everyone, this is a personal project to find out the actual Rune Tier %.
As of today, we don't actually know the percentages. With everyone's help, we can pull enough data to figure it out.

One participant will be chosen at the end of February (29th Feb 2020), and will be given a BD monthly pack.
