Dedicated Ward Pharmacy - The 2nd Revolution: Dispensing directly from ICE Discharge Letters

This film shows how all pharmacy staff at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust interact with the Transfer of Care discharge letter system (ICE) and the electronic medicines management module of EMIS Pharmacy.
It particularly focuses on how Dedicated Ward Dispensers (DWDs) and Pharmacy Assistants in the dispensaries transcribe from a printed Trsnafer of Care letter inot eMM for dispensing.
The 2nd Revolution? Well, the first one was the introduction of #DedicatedWardPharmacy; the second is an upheaval of processe, procedures and workforce to do even more things differently and better!
