Drivers stunned as woman throws bike over level crossing despite approaching train

Drivers watched in disbelief as an impatient woman illegally clambered into the path of oncoming trains with her bike after the safety barriers were lowered.
The unbelievable scenes were captured by a motorist, yesterday, who was waiting patiently with others at Aughton Road level crossing at Birkdale station, near Southport.
In the dashcam footage the woman can at first be seen walking up to the barrier, pushing her bike alongside her.

Then, seemingly oblivious to the danger to herself and others, the the bun-haired woman begins the struggle to hoist her pink bike over the barrier.
