Today I talk about my struggles these last couple a days and especially today. Lots of strong urges that resulted in watching a pornstars insta for 10 seconds. It wasn't anything nude but it's not something that I want to repeat. After watching a video of her showing her ducklips i felt somewhat aroused which resulted in me stopping immediatly and blocking her insta. I don't treat this as a relapse and i feel good that I was able to stop immediatly. Watching pics is always the first step into going full relapse. I am glad that having the support of my girlfriend is enabling me to overcome this addiction. Always seek support in whatever kind of form.
