Portage Indiana . Fork truck driver refused to turn box with fork slings opting instead to raise 6 feet in air and back down ice covered unshoveled ramp with fellow employee behind him. Had to open box and load pieces individually into back of truck creating multiple projectiles in the event if accident. He was more concerned about my adjectives than anyone's safety. This all took over one hour
