Kigali residents remain uncertain of new city structure

As many wait for the legal installing of the new City of Kigali leadership, its been revealed that leaders at the Gasabo, Kicukiro and Nyarungenge districts will still carry out their duties to serve citizens.

End of January marked the end of a transitional leadership mandate which came following the structural leadership change of the city leadership. Some remain uncertain of where the current leaders will be appointed but the city of Kigali Mayor Rubingisa Pudence explained that there was a mechanism for that.
