LG tv 49LF5500 screen repeatedly flashes on and off, repair.

On this 49 inch LG television model 49lf5500 the screen and/or picture constanly flashes on and off. This is due to a backlight problem. In this tv there are 5 led strips and only 2 lines. One line lights up 2 strips while the other line lights up 3 strips.
Since the strips are configured in a series circuit the voltage for each line is different. I'm going to show you how to check each individual strip and isolate the single bad LED and LED strip.
