The Acropolis of Kaunos with it's old defence walls is well worth the climb.

If you ever go to Kaunos and feel like a little hike then visit The Acropolis. You will find defence walls in great shape, storage places, barracks (not sure) and more. At the top you are rewarded with the most spectacular views of Dalyan, Iztuzu and the river delta.
