iOS 12.4 Follow Up - Should You Install It?

iOS 12.4 has been out to the public to all iOS 12 supported devices for about a week. iOS 12.4 is most likely the last major version of iOS12 and will bring Apple Card in the beginning of August and is the last major version for iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, and 6 Plus.
