Seattle wants to make more affordable housing but for who exactly? Now that $60 grand a year is technically "Low Income" now you can build apartments that can still cost the tenant out of their pocket at least $2 grand a month and still be considered "Affordable Housing" if you use the "Median Area Income" Put some "Affordable Housing" in sections of the city where people are making making between 8 and 150 grand a year and then spit the highest and lowest in half, then take the middle number and then take 60% of that and you have your monthly rent. . . I know it look funny to me also.
