I really don’t mean to trigger anyone. Am I don’t suggest or promote eating this way. I don’t have an eating disorder but if you do I really suggest you get help as soon as possible. I know that’s what everyone says but it’s really true. Cause it’s really not healthy to eat like that. If it’s restricting, purging, binging er anything like that, it’s not healthy. You need to eat till you’re full and just till you’re full.
I really am not trying to fuel anyone’s eating disorder I’m just trying to show my struggles and spread awareness.
I’m also trying to show people who are also struggling that they aren’t alone. Cause I know that it can help, and it really helps me sometimes.
