Why COPPA is actually a GOOD thing

It's not COPPA we should be angry about. This is a law that youtube should have followed from the beginning. What's bad? Is how we content creators are being punished for Youtube's mistake of ignoring this law and how poorly it is being implimented by the FTC, and how OUT OF DATE AND OUT OF TOUCH this law actually is. It is not a bad thing, it just needs updating.
