Ankle Weight workout video - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Total 20 Ankle Weights Welcome to the Total 20 series. These short and sharp workouts are designed to give work your entire body in just 20 minutes plus a warm up and stretch. You can use them individually when you are short on time, or string a few together for a longer challenge. There is a lot of variety with different equipment and lots of fun combinations. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis.

In Total 20 Ankle Weights you will start with some flowing compound moves to heat up the entire body. Put on the ankle weights and start with a lunge butt kick combo, then a crouching lunge kick combo - repeat on the other side. Next some standing knee lifts and cross over knees and an inverted side leg raise - repeat on the other side. Finally a side lunge forward and back, butt kick and figure 8 lift move - repeat on the other side to finish.
