PRAKASH NAIK’S SISTER AKSHAYA HAS DISTURBED CRIME SCENE: WILSON’S COUNSEL TO HC_Prudent Media Goa

In the Merces Panch unnatural death case, Counsel for accused Wilson Godinho has contended before the High Court that Prakash Naik’s sister Akshaya Govekar has disturbed the crime scene. The counsel has stated that police should arrest Akshaya for destruction of evidence. Prosecution has further contended that the Investigation Office is not ruling out possibilities of murder & investigating on that line
