The resort mainly consists of a 7 acre organic farm with a functional landscape of fruit trees, plantation crops, spices, organic vegetables, bamboos, forest trees, medicinal plants, biodiversity of birds, butterflies, fish, indigenous livestock varieties, etc., is an ideal location for farm stay at traditional Kerala villa, adventure sports & outbound training programs. Whether it be a family gathering or a team outing that needs lots of team building activities, Green Tsavorite is the perfect choice. Located at a cool and environment friendly place within the congested areas, it is located in the Parippalli - Varkala road.
There are a few adventure activities, land based and water based games that keeps the momentum going for those who visit the place!
