Not every professional is automatically qualified and may not be a good match with our kid

Not every professional is automatically qualified and may not be a good match with our kid The Question Asked:
"My daughter has a behavioral plan. Issue is she’s to see the social worker 20 min a week and she does not like the social workers. It’s been stated numerous times. Is it the schools job to find the right person to help her or do they have the right to just say she refused and throw up their hands? Say they can’t meet her needs and kick her to a therapeutic school? Her behaviors are not extreme really compared to some of the other kids and are due to mistreatment by teachers last year?"
